OMG Chicken

This chicken dish went by an alternative name; however, every time I served this up, I’d hear oral exclaims of “OMG” on the first bite. Hence, the dish was renamed to OMG Chicken. Something magical happens to mayonnaise when baked in the oven over poultry; it seals in the natural juices and adds a creamy goodness to the meaty bite. Topped with crushed pork rinds gives it that added saltiness and texture and perfection!
