Berry Cheesecake Parfait
This is an indulgent dessert that is whipped up in a few minutes and will surely impress family and friends. The richness of the cheesecake combined with the tartness of the fruit is a combination that will satisfy any dessert lover.
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (room temp)
1 pkg. (1 oz) Jello® cheesecake instant pudding, sugar free
1 C. heavy cream
1 C. cold water
1 C. fresh raspberries, strawberries or blueberries (or combination)
Directions
- Add cream cheese, water and whipping cream to a large bowl. Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on medium high speed until blended. 
- Add instant pudding and beat on high speed setting until light and fluffy to texture of your liking. 
- Layer cheesecake mixture alternately with berries in a parfait style glass. Serve chilled.
